Resolutions of the LCV Board from the 9/15/2015 meeting.

• Resolution on request from the homeowner of 82 Maryland to have 3 small birch trees removed from the common area. The landscape committee recommended that only 1 tree needs to be removed. S. Phillips made a motion to remove `only one of the trees and P. Hayden seconded. The motion was passed 5-0 with one abstention.

• Resolution on request from the homeowner of 152 Maryland Rd to have 2 bushes removed from common ground along the wall of their residence. The committee was in favor of his request. A motion was made by Tom Maglienti to grant the request and H. Ward seconded the motion. The motion passed 5-0 with one abstention.

• Resolution on request from the homeowner of 26 Maine to have a pine tree near 25 Maine removed from the common ground. The committee recommended that the request be tabled to obtain more information about the tree. It will be placed on the October agenda.

• Resolution on request from the homeowner of 37 Maine Road to remove a common area tree behind their unit. The committee was not in favor of the request. G. Eagan made a motion to agree with the committee and have the tree trimmed and shaped by our landscaper. T. Maglienti seconded. The motion passed 5-0 with one abstention.

• Resolution on request from the homeowner of 83 Maine Rd to have a tree behind 81 Maine Rd removed from common ground. The committee was not in favor of the request but recommended that the lower limbs be trimmed off. H. Ward made a motion to accept the committee’s recommendation and P. Hayden seconded. The motion passed 6-0.
