Resolution of the LCV Board at the 10/20/2015 meeting.

Resolution regarding Work Session.  Discussion on moving the Work Session to 30 minutes prior to the regular HOA Board meeting. B. Turek stated that this would make it more available for the homeowners. B. Turek made a motion to move the work session to 30 minutes before the meeting and T. Maglienti seconded. Discussion continued. T. Maglienti suggested that we might be able to move the work session to a different location to accommodate more people interested in attending. Dan pointed out that the work sessions are open to the homeowners as well. The purpose of having the work session on a different date is for the board members to have time to investigate and discuss various requests and to obtain quotes and to set the agenda for the regular board meeting. The board voted 4-2 to NOT move the time of the work session at this time.
