Resolution of the LCV Board at the 11/17/2015 meeting.

Resolution to approve letters that were submitted by the Communication and Utilities Committee. The board was provided the letters prior to the meeting to review. The Communication letter asks homeowners if they would like to provide the HOA with their email address so that we can send out information and urgent emails to them. The Utilities letter is an update to the letter that is sent out homeowners who have water overages for their units. The letter requests that they fix the problem or allow the HOA to assist in recommendations to repairs. H. Ward made a motion to accept the two letters and T. Maglienti seconded.  The motion was passed by all.
