Resolutions of the LCV Board at the 11/17/2015 meeting.

• Resolution for Work Request 568 from the homeowner of 35 Iowa to replace their garage door. The building committee as in favor of the request as long as he replaces it with a similar type door. A motion was made by S. Phillips to allow the replacement and H. Ward seconded. The motion was passed 6-0.
• Resolution for Work Request 572 from the homeowner of 28 Maryland to install windows on the side of their unit and a sun dome (solar tube). The building committee was in favor of the request. S. Phillips made a motion to allow the work as long as Chris Thomas does the work and the windows conform to the type currently installed in other units. P. Hayden seconded the motion. The motion was passed 6-0.
• Resolution for request by the homeowner at 6 Caitlin requesting a window replacement. Adam described that the bottom of the window separated from the sill causing a gap and water damage to the window causing it to rot. Chris Thomas looked at the window and stated that the damage was all part of the window. Cause of the break was not established per discussion with our attorney. G. Eagan made a motion to recommend that the homeowner be responsible to replace the window and that Chris Thomas be present to fix any damage to the frame of the building at HOA expense. H. Ward seconded the motion. The motion was passed by all.
