Resolutions of the LCV Board at the 2/16/16 meeting.

• Resolution for Property Manager Contract — Adam has agreed to stay on as the LCV HOA Property Manager for the coming year at the same price and with the change to the contract. Peter H. made the motion to keep Adam on and Henry Ward seconded. The motion passed 5-0.

• Resolution for Bookkeeper Contract — Anne has agreed to be the HOA bookkeeper another year and with the changes previously made to the contract at the same price. The motion to approval the contract was made by Peter H. and seconded by Sue P. The motion passed 5-0.

• Resolution for Landscaping Contract —This contract has been updated by the Landscaping Committee which was agreed to by the board and Paul Hart. Peter H. made the motion to accept a 2 year contract and stated that Paul Hart has obtained equipment geared to the HOA landscape and has been good at getting the work on a timely basis. Henry W. seconded. Tom M. asked if a two-year contract is made will the option for another two years at the same price and Gary said no it would be for only 1 year. The motion was passed 5-0.

• Resolution for Snow Removal Contract — Peter H. made a motion that we keep Paul Hart as our contractor with a two-year contract with an option for a 3″‘ year at the same price and Sue P. seconded. The motion passed 5-0.
