Resolutions of the LCV Board at the 3/15/2016 meeting.

• Resolution on election expenses (copying, envelopes, and postage.)  Carol & Gerry asked that the board approve the expenses that are being incurred for the HOA election. T. Maglienti made a motion to approve reasonable expenses up to $500 to pay for election committee expenses. The motion was passed 5-0.
• Resolution on request for copying costs.  Peter made a motion to reimburse P. Chmura for copying costs of materials for the Review/Compliance Committee in the amount of $11.75.  H. Ward seconded the motion. The board voted 5-0 in favor.
