Resolution of the LCV Board at the 3/15/2016 meeting.

Resolution on Committee Descriptions – Gerry reported that as a result of the last meeting the Website and the Communications Committee were combined. Gerry updated the HOA Committee Descriptions document and they had been sent to the board.  G. Eagan made motion to approve the update of the committee descriptions list and T. Maglienti seconded. The motion passed 5-0. Gerry will send the updated list to be posted to the website.
