Resolution of the LCV Board at the 3/15/2016 meeting.

Resolution on tree planting procedure.  Carol Shuttleworth stated that the committee has finished work on the tree and shrub planting procedure. H. Ward stated that the committee had reviewed and agreed with the changes that the Communication Committee suggested and that it is ready for Board approval. T. Maglienti made a motion to accept the new planting procedure as amended by the Communication Committee and H. Ward seconded.   The board voted 5-0 in favor.
