Resolutions of the LCV Board at the 3/15/2016 meeting.

• L. Quarles presented the new LCV website that has been proposed and worked on.  It is ready for use to place election information on it. She also proposed that we reimburse Tom M. for his expenses in getting the site going and to keep Maureen C. under contract until the end of April.  Tom added some other information about the website, www.lcvillage.org, for all the homeowners to look at. Gerry pointed out some items in the website that could be changed to improve the look and to more easily access information with fewer ‘mouse clicks’. T. Maglienti made a motion to approve the web site as the official website for the HOA and that it be in the upcoming election materials going out to the homeowners and  that it start immediately once approved. Tom stated that they would make that changes that Gerry proposed. P. Hayden seconded the motion.  The motion passed 5-0.  Tom also asked that we ask Maureen to create a link on the old website to the new website.  Gerry agreed to send a note to her. Tom and LaShauna said that they would help the bookkeeper and the property manager in starting to use their new emails on the new website. 
• T. Maglienti made a motion that we keep the old website up until the end of April with a link to the new website then terminate the relationship with M. Carlo.  P. Hayden seconded. The motion passed 5-0.  A notice will be placed in the kiosk to inform the homeowners to start using the new website, www.lcvillage.org. 
• P. Hayden made a motion to reimburse T. Maglienti $153.62 for costs incurred in setting up the new website. H. Ward seconded the motion.  Tom said that this cost covers hosting fees for 3 years.  The board voted 4-0 in favor with one abstention.
