Resolution of the LCV Board at the 5/10/2016 meeting. 

Resolution on the LCV HOA Budget for 2016-2017 fiscal year (Fee $205 / month.)  Dan read all the line items of the  proposed budget to those in attendance.  He pointed out and explained the changes while keeping the homeowners fee at $205 per month.  There will be 6 roofs replaced this summer.  Materials for the six roofs were approved last month after competitive bidding. Dan asked if there were any questions for those attending.  There were no questions.  Dan asked for a motion to approve next year’s HOA budget.  G. Eagan made a motion to approve the budget and P. Hayden seconded. The vote was 6-0 to approve the budget.  The homeowner fee will remain at $205 per month.
