Resolutions of the LCV Board at the 5/10/2016 meeting.

• Motion to approve members to have access to SEACOMM LCV HOA bank accounts. Tom read the resolution to be voted on to authorize the new officers, President Bob Turek, Vice President Patricia Jaehn and Treasurer Tom Maglienti of the LCV Homeowners Association , Inc. to have full power to establish, deposit and withdraw funds and access account information regarding any and all accounts established in the name of  Lake Country Village Homeowners Association, Inc. at the SEACOMM Federal Credit Union, Malone, NY of any of its current or future branches, for any lawful purpose authorized by the Board of Directors of said Lake Country Village Homeowners Association, Inc.  D. Miller seconded the motion. The vote passed 6-0. The officers are Bob Turek, President, Patricia Jaehn, Vice President and Tom Maglienti, Treasurer.

• Motion to approve HOA Bookkeeper to receive statements from SEACOMM. Tom read the resolution to be voted on to authorize the following individual acting as Bookkeeper of LCV HOA to receive monthly statements and to have full access to any and all information such as balance, transaction activity and any other pertinent information for the purpose of reconciliation of accounts, preparation of reports and other accounting tasks, regarding any and all accounts established in the name of LCV HOA at the SEACOMM Federal Credit Union, Malone, NY or any of its current or future branches. HOA Bookkeeper is Anne Sanford. G. Eagan seconded the motion. The motion was passed by a vote of 6-0.

• Motion to approve members to have access to Glens Falls Nat’l Bank LCV HOA accounts. Tom read the resolution to authorize the following officers of LCV HOA to have full power to establish, deposit and withdraw funds and access account information regarding any and all accounts established in the name of Lake Country Village Homeowners Association, Inc. at the Glens Falls National Bank, NY Road, Plattsburgh, NY or any of its current or future branches, for any lawful purpose authorized by the Board of Directors of said LCV HOA. Inc. G. Eagan seconded the motion. The vote passed 6-0. The officers are Bob Turek, President, Patricia Jaehn, Vice President and Tom Maglienti, Treasurer.

• The following blanket resolution was also made. T. Maglienti made a motion to allow the LCV HOA officers to complete any bank form from Glens Falls Nat’l Bank or SEACOMM FCU requiring signatures of the officers. B. Turek seconded the motion. The motion passed by a vote of 6-0.
