Resolutions of the LCV Board at the 5/10/2016 meeting.

• Resolution on invoice pertaining to old website.  We received an invoice from Maureen for maintenance of the old website for May 2016.  The board discussed the request.  G. Eagan had sent a note to her to point to the new website because we were going to use the new one.  She did do that back in April.  Don Cosgro made a motion to disapprove payment of the invoice and T. Maglienti seconded.  The motion passed to disapprove payment by a vote of 4-1 with one abstention.

• Resolution on letter regarding old website.  P. Hayden made a motion to have Gary Favro send Maureen a letter stating that the HOA no longer require her services to maintain the old website and that her invoice for May was disapproved.  Tom added that this was approved by the board in March and P. Hayden suggested that we note in the letter that the HOA apologizes for not formally informing her sooner.  D, Miller seconded the motion.  The motion passed by a vote of 6-0.

• Bookkeeper request to add the new coupons for fees for the new year to the website. G, Eagan made a made a motion to put the new year fee coupons that homeowners use to make their payments on the website. T. Maglienti seconded.  The motion passed by a vote of 6-0.
