The following work requests from homeowners were unanimously approved.

• Work request from the homeowner of 70 Maine Road to close off the gaps in his fence with wood slats.  The slats and entire fence would then be painted to match the LCV grey.  The Building Committee was in favor of the request.

• Work request form the homeowner of 71 Maryland Road to erect a temporary gazebo in his backyard.  The building committee was in favor of his request.

• Work request from the homeowners of 11, 13 and 15 Iowa to replace their current fences with new grey vinyl fences from Freedom Fencing.  The style would be the same as the fences at 39, 41 and 43 Kansas Ave.
