The following work requests from homeowners were unanimously approved:

• Work request from the homeowner of 35 Maryland Road to put a birdhouse on  common property in the vicinity of the community garden.  The Landscape Committee was in favor of the request.

• Work request from the homeowner of 20 Kansas Ave to install 6 – 16″ x 16″ pavers in his front landscaped area to make a solid surface for a wicker bench to sit on.  The landscape committee was in favor of this request.

• Work request from the homeowner of 25 Kansas to plant a lilac tree on common ground behind her back fence.  The landscape committee was in favor of her request.
