Carl “Joe” Tacy of 73 Maryland has been invited to participate in a North Country Honor Flight experience on September 8.  The following was given to the board at the July 19th meeting by his neighbor and “guardian”, Wanda Flynn.  We hope you will consider a writing letter to thank him for his service and help to make this trip an even more memorable one for Joe.
