Resolution of the LCV Board at the 7/19/2016 meeting.

Motion by Don Cosgro, second by Peter Hayden, to approve new Kiosk bulletin board posting rules below submitted by the communication committee passed 6-0.

Bulletin Board and Mail Kiosk Policy 

1. The Bulletin Board is intended for use by Members of the Lake Country Village Homeowners Association only.  If others wish to place a posting, please contact the Communications Committee at communcations@lcvillage.org.
2. It is important that all postings include name and address of poster, and the date of posting.  Postings without this information may be removed by HOA representatives without notice.
3. The HOA Board reserves the right to remove any postings it deems to be inappropriate. Vulgarity and personal attacks will not be tolerated.
4. The person responsible for a posting should remove it after two weeks.
5. Postings are limited to the bulletin board.
6. Be courteous to your neighbors by not placing postings over existing notices, etc.
