Resolution of the LCV Board at the 7/19/2016 meeting.

Tom Maglienti spoke regarding on going drainage issue on HOA property behind 84-104 Maryland.   Revised engineering estimate from Sutherland for initial investigation work was for $2, 635.00.  Motion by Tom Maglienti, second by Patty Jaehn, to get a second estimate, discussion, and motion was amended by Tom Maglienti,  second by Peter Hayden to go with first estimate, and authorize $2, 635.00 for Sutherland to conduct engineering study as to what is causing the drainage issue.  Motion passed 6-0
