Resolution of the LCV Board at the 7/19/2016 meeting.

 Motion by Don Cosgro, second by Tom Maglienti, to approve spending $723.67 for printing and mailing the 2016 HOA newsletter as per the quote from Patty Jaehn from Pennysaver Co.  Discussion ensued regarding what information the HOA is required to mail, and how in the future our website will help serve the HOA in communicating with the members and save time as well as money, on paper, postage, printing costs. Motion passed 6-0
