Resolution of the LCV Board at the 7/19/2016 meeting.

Motion by Don Cosgro, second by Tom Maglienti, to approve 5 cents per page for all HOA printing done at the request of the HOA board of directors, on personal printers, provided a dated and signed invoice for the number of copies produced is submitted to the bookkeeper.  Reimbursement requests will be paid quarterly. Motion passed 5~0 with Don Cosgro abstaining.
