The following Work Requests were approved at the LCV Board meeting on 7/19/2016 was passed 6-0 with the condition that any LCV HOA work request application that would require a city building permit, the permit must be obtained  and a copy of the permit will be provided to the HOA:

• Received a work requests from the homeowner of 15 Massachusetts to replace a 3 section windows with crank-out sections on the sides with a new 3 section window with double hung sections on the sides.  The building committee was in favor of her request.
• Received a work request from the homeowner of 25 Iowa to replace his fence with a new wood fence but asked to attach the fence sections to the exterior of the fence posts rather than the sides.  No response from the building committee.
• Received a work request from the homeowner of 77 Maryland to install a vent in the roof for a new gas fireplace.  The building committee was in favor of this request.
• Received a work request from the homeowner of 33 Maryland to install a garage door panel with windows.  The building committee was in favor of this request.
• Received a work request from the homeowner of 33 Maine to replace front door with door similar to 41 Maine Rd, and install windows on the side of home similar to the windows at 51 Maine Rd.
