The following Work Requests were approved at the 7/19/2016 Board meeting:

•  Work request from the homeowner of 33 Maryland to plant a landscape bed on the side of his home similar to the one on the side of 27 Maryland.  The landscape
  committee was in favor of his request.
• Received a work request from the homeowner of 82 Maryland to remove a large blue spruce from a landscape bed in front of her home.  The landscape committee was in favor of her request.
• Received a work request from the homeowner of 144 Maryland to remove the existing bushes from her front landscaped area and replace them with new bushes.  The landscape committee was in favor of her request.
• Received a work request from the homeowner of 3 Maine asking the HOA to trim branches hanging over her backyard from an oak tree on common ground.  The
  landscape committee was in favor of this request.  Motion by Peter Hayden, second by Don Miller to approve request at 3 Maine to have the HOA  prune branches of a HOA tree overhanging private property. Passed 6-0
• Received a work request from the homeowner of 33 Maine to remove shrubs in front landscaped area and replace with new.
