Resolution of the LCV Board at the 9/20/2016 meeting.

Motion by Tom Maglienti, second by Gerry Eagan, that the Lake Country Village HOA retain Thomas M. Murnane  Esq. of Stafford, Owens, Piller, Murnane, Kelleher & Trombley, PLLC as the attorney to represent Lake Country Village Homeowners Association, Inc. in all legal matters as agreed to by both parties for a period of one year beginning September 20, 2016 to be automatically renewable each year unless terminated by either party in writing at least 45 days in advance.  It is understood that the billing rate for such services shall be $150/hour plus expenses and that services will be on an “as needed” basis.  It is understood that attorney Murnane will be requested to provide to provide monthly itemized billing statements with such expenses categorized by major topic, if so requested by the board.  Motion passed 6-0.
