The following Work Requests were approved at the 9/20/2016 Board meeting.

• Work request from the homeowner of 27 Iowa to install pavers in her front landscaped area that starts under her kitchen window and extends flush with the front door stoop.  The landscape committee was in favor of this request.
• Work requests from the homeowner of 4 Caitlin to remove all existing shrubs, mulch, and fabric from his front landscaped area and replace with new fabric, mulch, and a boxwood hedge.  The landscape committee was in favor of this request.
