Resolution of the Board at the October 19, 2017 meeting.

Motion by Donald Cosgro, second by Tom Maglienti, “To have Lake Country Village Homeowners Association, Inc. will pay to have the fences at 42 Maryland and/or 44 Maryland Road moved to their correct boundary lines, provided, each respective owner agrees in writing to the movement of fences to their correct location and further agrees to allow the contractor reasonable access to the 42 Maryland and/or 44 Maryland Road parcels to complete their work.” Motion passed 6-0.

Motion by Tom Maglienti, second by Gerry Eagan, to have Tom Murnane prepare a contract to have the fences at 42 and 44 Maryland Road relocated, at HOA expense, not to exceed $1,300.00, was approved 6-0.

Discussion regarding work request 656 at 12 Maryland Road.  The owner removed the slat style fence and replaced with lattice, without filing a work request.  Work request was filed after property manager was informed of changes.    Building committee recommended (5-1 vote) that the fence must be restored to its previous condition.  Motion by Peter Hayden, second by Gerry Eagan to request homeowner restore fence to its previous condition was approved 5-1, Tom Maglienti in the negative.
