Motion by Tom Maglienti, second by Don Miller, to reimburse Bob Turek for mulch purchased to add to the playground surface at the Iowa St. playground.  15 bags of mulch at $1.80 per bag, plus tax =$29.16.  Budget account is 925.00 Recreational Areas.  $750.34 remains in this budget account.  After this expense the balance in the account will be $721.18.  Motion passed 6-0.
