The following work request was unanimously approved by the board at the 10/19/2017 meeting.

• Received a work requests from the homeowner of 101 Maryland Road to replace the HOA’s front walkway with pavers, build a stone landscape retaining wall running parallel with the walkway and garage, remove existing shrubs in front landscape area and replace with new plants/flowers, and erect a gray vinyl fence around her front porch.
