The following work requests were unanimously approved by the board at the October 19, 2017 meeting.

• Received a work request from the homeowner of 27 Maine Road to replace her front and back doors with new 15-light doors and install exhaust lines through the roof for new bathroom exhaust fans.  The building committee was in favor of her request.
• Received a request from the homeowner of 22 Maryland Road to paint the front posts at his home white instead of gray.  The building committee was in favor of this request.
