Drainage problem affecting homeowners on Maryland Road.
Three bids for installing storm drains per the recommendations of RMS Engineering P. C. were passed out to the directors. The three bids were Ed Garrow & Sons ($32,612.00), R. Tripp Trucking & Excavating ($39,150.00) and John Sheehan & Sons ($76,250.00) The board discussed scope of work, supervision, and final inspection.  Motion by Peter Hayden, second by Gerry Eagan, to award contract to lowest bidder, with an additional amount of up to $2,500.00 to have RMS Engineering inspect the work on behalf of the HOA. Contract to be drawn up by Thomas Murnane. Work to start as soon as possible. Passed 5-0
