Resolution of the LCV Board at the 11/15/2016 meeting.

A written request for indemnification from former HOA directors; Dan Shusda, Susan Philips, and Maureen Carlo was received by the board, regarding a small claim court action being brought against them.  Motion by Donald Cosgro, second by Tom Maglienti to have this matter turned over to HOA attorney Thomas Murnane for further review, was passed 5-0.
