The following work requests were approved at the 11/15/2016 board meeting.

• Received a request from the homeowner of 61 Maine Road to install vinyl fencing on only the back section of fence.  Heard from 3 members of the building committee and they were in favor of the request.
• Received a request from the homeowner of 16 Maryland Road to vent new bathroom exhaust fans either through the roof or side wall.  Heard from 3 members of the building committee, of which 1 was in favor but only through the side wall and the other 2 members approved without limitations.
