Resolution of the board at the 12/6/2016 meeting.

Proposal to lower the current HOA late and declined payment fee of $91.00 was presented by Don Cosgro.  Both Tom Murnane and Anne Sanford voiced no objections to the proposal.  Motion by Peter Hayden, second by Tom Maglienti to approve the proposal was passed 5-0.  New policy to go into effect on January 1, 2017.  This resolution supersedes ALL LAKE COUNTRY VILLAGE RESOLUTIONS regarding late fees and returned payments fees. *

• The homeowner/member will be charged a RETURNED PAYMENT FEE, equal to all (100%) of charges incurred by Lake Country Village, or a minimum of $25. 00 whichever is greater.
• A LATE PAYMENT FEE of $25. 00 will be charged to all homeowners/members whose payment is not received 5 business days after the payment due date. This Fee can be waived upon written request by the member by majority vote of the Board of Directors.
• INTEREST shall accumulate at the rate of Nine Percent (9%) for all monies owed to Lake Country Village HOA.
• All payment disputes shall be in writing, and will be addressed to: Lake Country Village, 10 Maine Road, Plattsburgh, New York 12903
