Resolution of the LCV Board at the 1/17/2017 meeting.

Motion by Gerry to adopt the newly developed election procedure, seconded by Peter Hayden.  During discussion, Tom Maglienti pointed out that not allowing ballots to be cast at the meeting of the members is technically a violation of our by-laws.  Suggestions for minor wording changes to allow this were made and the motion was amended accordingly.  Motion passed 5-0.  [copy below].
