Board of Directors Ethics Policy/Code of Conduct.  Motion by Tom Maglienti, seconded by Don Cosgro to adopt a proposed Code of Conduct applying to the board of directors and committee members [copy shown below] passed 4-1 with Gerry Eagan in the negative.  (Bob Turek was absent.)
