Hello Homeowners!

As you may already know, there were three applications received for three pending vacancies on the LCVHOA Board of Directors.  As a result, no formal election will be needed.  However it is still helpful and required by our newly approved Election Procedure (January 2017) that the candidates biographies be posted to our website.   We hope you will join us at the “Meet the Candidates” session during our regular Board meeting on April 18th where you will have an opportunity to meet and hear the candidates and to ask questions.  Our new, well qualified directors and their bios are listed below.
