Resolution of the Board at the 4/4/2017 meeting.

Tom Maglienti requested that we purchase an additional program that will gives us better ability to create forms for the website. The program is Captain Form and the fee is $35 per year.  D. Miller made the motion for the additional program and B. Turek seconded. The motion carried 4-1 with Peter Hayden in the negative.
