Resolution of the Board at the May 9, 2017 meeting.

Motion by Peter to award the 2017-18 Bookkeeper Contract to the low bidder, Anne Sanford in the amount of $11,234 or $820 per month for 13 months plus $574 for 21 days of prorated expense for May 2017.  Contract to run from May 10, 2017 through June 30, 2018;  seconded by Don Miller; passed 6-0.
