• Motion by Tom to approve the request of Gerry Eagan for reimbursement of $7.14 for the expense of mailing out the bid packages for Bookkeeper and Property Manager; seconded by Bob Turek; passed 6-0. 
• Motion by Bob Turek to approve an amount not-to-exceed $375 for the Communications Committee for copying and mailing the annual mandatory newsletter; seconded by Don Miller; passed 6-0.
