Motion by Tom Maglienti, second by Peter Hayden, to adopt a letter (see attached letter) authorizing the Property Manager to approve without referral to Building Committee work requests for 5 specific routine exterior changes, such as door and window replacement, new gutters, lights, as per the FAQ in the Phase III prospectus. Passed 4-0
