Motion by Tom Maglienti, second by Peter Hayden, to adopt a Standard letter of non- compliance (see attached letter) to be sent to homeowners who are in violation of the LCV HOA Rules and Regulations with some minor changes (signed by P. M. and removal of cc to HOA attorney.)
