Resolution of the Board at the 10/17/2017 meeting.

Patty Jaehn discussed the many boxes of HOA records being stored in her garage and informed the board of an alternative solution.  Motion by Linda Turner, second by Don Miller for the purchase of one year of climate controlled storage at Easy Self-Storage for HOA records for $1,030.00.  Motion passed 4-1 Tom Maglienti in the negative.
