44 Maine: Electrical problem, three bids received. Motion by Tom to pay KAR Construction electric the amount of $1296 to replace the meter module at 44 Maine. Seconded by Linda. All voted in favor.  Homeowner, is requesting to be reimbursed for the amount of $425 for the initial call to electrician regarding the electrical problem. Motion by Tom and seconded by Linda. All voted in favor.
