Resolution of the Board at the 11/7/2017 meeting.

Tree removal bids: Three bids were received, Giroux Tree Removal was lowest at $3900.  A motion by Don Cosgro to accept the lowest bid, $3900 plus sales taxes, from Giroux Tree Removal.  Tree Removal and to follow all terms of the contract. Seconded by Tom. All voted in favor.
