Resolution by Board to extend Snow Removal Contract – 1/23/18
After much discussion, a motion was made by Tom to extend the Snow Removal Contract for 1 year with the agreement Harts accepts the changes in Section B of the Landscaping Contract. Don seconded and the motion was carried 3 to 0.
