Resolution by Board to allow different color door paint – 3/6/18

Doors: Homeowners have inquired in the past about the possibility of painting their front door a color other than white. Motion by Tom and seconded by Don to allow front door and front storm door to be a color other than white. A work request along with a color swatch must be submitted to the property manager which will be submitted to the board for approval. Carried 6-0.
