Resolution by Board to accept payment of late fees on foreclosure – 3/6/18
Late fees: On our foreclosure unit, FNMA has offered to pay $3030.93 to cover from 1/10/18 to 3/31/18 to include dues, late fees and interest. Motion by Tom and seconded by Linda to accept. Carried 6-0.
