Resolution by Board to deny acceptance of easement for the storm drain – 3/6/18

Peter introduced Gary Favro, attorney for KLM Development L.L.C., who explained the benefits and need for the HOA to take over maintenance of the storm water drain facility at 23 Maine. The board had declined to accept this responsibility at our Executive Session on November 28, 2017 as we believed there was no advantage to our doing so. The majority of the water draining into the drain appears to come from the developer’s subdivision on Louisiana. We can justify no benefit to LCV. The board again discussed the matter and a motion was made by Linda seconded by Randy not to accept the easement for the storm drain on KLM’s property. Carried 6-0
