Resolution by Board to accept Placard Contract – 3/20/18

Discussion to accept contract as written or delete the Extra Work clause which authorizes the contractor, when requested by a homeowner, to replace or re-install the existing front entrance outdoor light fixtures at a price agreed to on the Change Order. Motion by Chris and seconded by Linda to accept the Extra Work clause and accept the contract as written. Motion passed 5-1 with Patty voting no.
