Hello Homeowners!

As the weather warms up (hopefully!) we will find ourselves more able to enjoy the great outdoors!  We can hardly wait!  It’s been a long winter!

As you know, your HOA is responsible to maintain the landscaping on common areas unless it is damaged by others. (see Declaration Article VI, Section 2).  So as the weather improves and our families take to the outdoors, we ask that you help us in this effort by taking a reasonable amount of care to prevent damage to lawns, shrubs and trees.  By helping us in this way we can all work together to keep the landscaping looking its best!
