Resolution by Board to renew/extend contract and rescind resolution of 1/23/18 – 4/3/18 meeting

A motion was passed March 28, 2018 via email to extend the contract for snow removal and related services executed March 30, 2016 to Hart’s Lawn Care. Motion by Tom and seconded by Linda stated: The Board authorizes the Secretary to issue a letter exercising its right to renew and extend such Contract, without conditions and that the resolution passed January 23, 2018 be rescinded. Passed 6-0.
