Don made a motion, seconded by Linda, to establish a charge account at Aubuchon and Curtis Lumber, for emergency materials for noncontractor purchases. Chris offered an amendment to the motion, seconded by Randy, requiring approval over $100 by 2 out of the 3 officers. Officers being president, vice president and treasurer. All vote in favor.
